Support end-to-end coordination of desk activities
- Prepare for and coordinate the TCPT Indirect Tax Support Desk management and reporting
- Lead stakeholder management including monthly / quarterly communication
- Implement improvement Initiatives Support service management including individual / team performance against defined SLA's.
- Oversee and review (or delegate review) of analyst’s work as appropriate
- Support continuous process improvement:
Provide single point interface for Client into respective process delivery matters
Responsible for delivering the agreed productivity perks/gain share
Oversee and review (or delegate review) of analyst’s work as appropriate
Confirm team members have appropriate training and background
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹210,000.00 per month
