Bon Fiction is an award-winning, single-origin, tree-to-bar chocolate company founded in 2021. We work directly with cacao growers in the Godavari region of Andhra Pradesh to craft premium chocolates that showcase the unique potential of Indian cacao. Our chocolates have received international recognition, including selection among the Best 50 Beans in the World (2025) and Gold awards from leading global chocolate competitions.
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Sales Executive to help expand Bon Fiction's offline presence by building a high-quality retail and distribution network.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating new business opportunities, building robust customer relationships, and working in a fast-growing consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and manage distributors across assigned regions.
- Expand Bon Fiction's presence in premium retail stores, gourmet outlets, and modern trade.
- Build and nurture HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) partnerships.
- Generate corporate gifting opportunities and new business.
- Achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Coordinate with Production for order fulfilment and Finance for collections.
- Represent Bon Fiction at trade events and exhibitions.
- Share market insights and identify growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, distribution, channel sales, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High ownership, accountability, and follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial mindset with basic Excel and reporting skills.
- Comfortable travelling frequently.
Preferred Background [not mandatory]
Experience in one or more of the following industries:
