We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing recruitment team and help us expand our domestic client portfolio.

Role: Business Development Manager – Recruitment

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new domestic clients for IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and email campaigns.
Identify hiring opportunities and convert leads into active clients.
Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service agreements.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What We're Looking For:




5–10 years of Recruitment Business Development experience.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or decision-makers is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
