Job Summary:

Edkey Institute is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Student Counsellor to guide prospective students through the enrolment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping students choose the right career path. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle student inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and online channels

-Counsel prospective students on courses, career opportunities, and advantages

-Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups

-Maintain and update student databases and CRM systems

-Achieve admission targets and contribute to business growth





-Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding of students

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or counselling

Strong communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)

Skills Required:

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong sales and negotiation abilities

-Target-oriented mindset

-Ability to build rapport with students and parents

Additional Information:

Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
