We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Accounts Manager to lead a Real Estate company's Finance, Accounts, Taxation, MIS, Treasury, Banking, and Investment functions. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in financial planning, project financing, cash flow management, statutory compliance, and team leadership. The role is critical in ensuring the financial health of the organization and supporting the successful execution of real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & MIS

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Develop timely MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper financial documentation.
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective measures.

2. Bank Liaison & Banking Operations

Liaise with banks and financial institutions for day-to-day banking matters.

- Coordinate with banks for account operations, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Manage banking relationships and ensure smooth banking transactions..

3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

- Prepare and monitor rolling cash flow statements.
- Ensure adequate liquidity for construction activities and business operations.
- Optimize utilization of funds and maintain financial discipline.
- Manage banking operations, fund transfers, and treasury functions.

4. Accounts Payable & Financial Controls

- Supervise vendor payments, contractor bills, and customer accounting.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and approval systems.
- Monitor receivables and payables to improve working capital efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

5. Taxation & Statutory Compliance





- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of all tax returns and statutory reports.
- Coordinate tax assessments, audits, and notices.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and recommend tax-efficient strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, RBI guidelines (where applicable), and other regulatory requirements.

6. Investment & Mutual Fund Management

- Manage surplus funds through investments in mutual funds and other approved financial instruments.
- Evaluate investment opportunities based on liquidity, risk, and return.
- Monitor investment performance and recommend portfolio adjustments.
- Maintain an optimal balance between liquidity requirements and investment returns.

7. Risk Management & Governance

- Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.
- Support management in strategic financial decision-making.

8. Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Build a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely completion of all financial reporting and statutory deadlines.

Desired Qualifications

Education

- CA (Inter).
- MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
- Master's Degree in Commerce, Finance & Accounting

Experience

- 10–15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in project financing, treasury management, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
