Job Title: Operations Logistics Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Logistics Manager to manage end-to-end logistics operations from our Ghatkopar West, Mumbai office. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in vendor management, transportation, procurement, and supply chain operations. This role requires excellent leadership, planning, and negotiation skills to ensure smooth operations, cost optimization, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily logistics and transportation operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Negotiate transportation contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee procurement activities for logistics and operational requirements.
- Plan and monitor vehicle allocation, route optimization, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Evaluate vendor performance and onboard recent vendors as required.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, finance, and procurement teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor logistics costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational performance reports.
- Resolve transportation, procurement,



and vendor-related issues promptly.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain Management is preferred.

Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in logistics, transportation, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or fleet management companies is preferred.
- Proven expertise in vendor management, procurement, and transportation operations.
