Job Summary:

WIN INDIA EXPORTS is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to support the merchandising team in handling woven garment orders from development to dispatch. The ideal candidate should have prior experience or knowledge in the woven textile garment industry, valuable coordination skills, and a basic understanding of production and buyer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior merchandisers in daily merchandising tasks and order follow-ups
- Coordinate with buyers, sampling team, production, and sourcing departments
- Follow up on sample developments, trims/accessory procurement, and order execution
- Maintain T&A; (Time and Action) calendar and ensure timelines are met
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing sheets, and internal reports
- Monitor order status from fabric sourcing to final shipment




- Assist in handling buyer communications regarding order status, sampling feedback, and approvals
- Support QC and documentation teams in pre-shipment and quality processes
- Ensure effective communication with vendors and production units for timely execution
- Understand buyer requirements, technical packs, and compliance standards relevant to woven garments

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of woven fabrics and garment construction
- Basic understanding of export documentation and production flow
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and ERP (if applicable)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under timelines
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience in a garment export house (woven segment)
- Exposure to international buyer standards and quality requirements
