Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities within the assigned client portfolio to expand relationships and increase revenue.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Present and explain a range of financial products and services, including investments, loans,



insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide informed advice and proactively address client concerns.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reviews and portfolio updates to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
