- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to manufacturing engineering.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of manufacturing execution systems with enterprise applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance within manufacturing environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
