Suitable candidates with 10 to 15 years of experience in the procurement of construction materials across various engineering disciplines, including Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Piping, and Safety items, to submit their applications.
The construction materials such as, but not limited to, Structure steel, TMT, Aluminium works, cleaning agent, etc
Candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and relevant specifications issued by the client/owner.
Construction materials must be sourced from approved vendors, ensuring that the quality aligns with the requirements of the client or owner.
Proficiency in negotiation and the ability to engage constructively with approved vendors to obtain competitive pricing is essential.
It is significant to note that the candidates should be knowledgeable about current market prices for a wide range of construction items.
