Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Front Office Executive Cum Academic Councilor to join our growing EdTech team. In this role, The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and visitors.

Academic Councilor Responsibilities

- Generate, qualify, and convert leads for various courses and training programs
- Conduct phone calls, virtual meetings, and counseling sessions with prospective students and parents
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to drive timely enrollments
- Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead status regularly
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and enhance lead quality.

Front Office Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors, students,



and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and front office registers.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and student counseling sessions.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualification

- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven setting
- Good Communication Skill
- Prior experience in front office, customer service, academic counseling, education, or sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
