**Position:** Production Supervisor

**Industry:** Glass Manufacturing

*Qualifications:** ITI Diploma / B.E. , B.Tech. in mechanical (instrumentation), Ceramic, Glass, polymer production, and related areas.

**Location:** Site-5, Kasna, Greater Noida

**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

**Experience:** 2–3 Years

## Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Production Supervisor** to oversee daily production operations in our Glass Manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth production while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

## Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth operations.

* Monitor production schedules to achieve daily and monthly production targets.

* Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

* Maintain product quality as per company standards.

* Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.

* Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.

* Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

* Identify production issues and take corrective actions to improve efficiency.

* Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments for smooth workflow.





* Train and guide production operators and shop-floor staff.

## Required Skills

* Good knowledge of production planning and shop-floor supervision.

* Understanding of quality control and manufacturing processes.

* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

* Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet production targets.

## Qualification

* **ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech** in **Mechanical, Instrumentation, Ceramic, Glass, Polymer Production**, or related disciplines.

* **2–3 years** of experience in a **Glass Manufacturing** or similar manufacturing industry.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience in handling production lines in a manufacturing environment.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Knowledge of safety standards and production best practices.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
