We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Legal Executive to join our Legal Team. The ideal candidate should have experience in legal documentation, property document verification, title due diligence, and statutory compliance. Candidates with exposure to the real estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and vet agreements, notices, affidavits, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal due diligence and title verification of land and property documents
- Verify Patta, Chitta, FMB, EC, Sale Deeds, and other revenue records
- Coordinate with advocates, registration offices, and government authorities
- Assist in handling litigation matters and maintaining case records
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations




- Support land acquisition and liaison teams in legal documentation and transactions
- Maintain legal records and documentation systematically

Qualifications

- LL.B. from a recognized university
- 1–3 years of experience in a legal role
- Experience in real estate, land documentation, or property law preferred
- Freshers with relevant internships may also be considered
