- Ensure accuracy and reliability of Jira data and Agile metrics.
- Validate dashboards, reports, and KPIs for stakeholders.
- Audit Jira boards, workflows, and sprint data.
- Monitor metrics like velocity, burndown, and cycle time.
- Identify and fix data inconsistencies in issue tracking.
- Maintain Jira process compliance across teams.
- Design and manage Jira dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams.
- Analyze trends and highlight risks or anomalies.
Drive continuous improvement in Agile reporting and data quality.
