Experience: Freshers are welcome, or up to 1 year of experience in a café, food court, or restaurant kitchen runner position.

Overview: Responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and guest experience of the café.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to the correct tables promptly.
- Explicit dirty dishes, wipe tables, and reset mats, cutlery, and water glasses.
- Assist the Captain in serving water and clearing table side trash.
- Maintain side-station stock (napkins, cutlery, condiments) throughout the shift.

Skills Needed:

- Active, polite, and well-groomed.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and move quickly on a busy floor.
- Basic understanding of Hindi/English to handle direct customer requests (like serving water or clearing plates).
- Team player attitude to keep the side-stations clean and organized.
- Must be pet-friendly.
