Job Title: Process Associate (Night Shift | US e-com Catalog Management Process)

Location: SBSOL Digital Pvt. Ltd., PPJC Towers, Palarivattom, Kochi

Work Shift: Night Shift (7:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.), Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

We are seeking proactive, detail-oriented professionals to join our E-commerce Catalog Management team as Process Associates for our US operations. In this role, you will work on our e-commerce platforms — ProImprint.com and DirectPromotionals.com — ensuring the timely and accurate management of product catalogues. Comprehensive process training and continuous support will be provided to help you build a robust and rewarding career in e-com domain with us.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide products for e-com cataloguing through research, conception, to final launch.
- Catalogue organization, competitive product pricing through online research.




- Coordinate closely with digital marketing, sales, and creative design teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience in any US-based back-office processes roles is preferred.
- Ability to work with large quantities of information and delivering data-driven solutions and insights.
- Good analytical and quantitative skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Formulas, Conditional Formatting, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive work approach.
