Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations.
- Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Negotiate property prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
- Prepare and coordinate documentation related to property transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).




- Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
