Job Description

Primary

- Process review of Payroll & Employee reimbursements - Test of controls , Fraud investigations, transaction audits, and efficiency improvements.

- Process review of Accounts Payable - Transaction audit, test of controls & efficiency improvements.

- Developing dashboards for analysis, MIS analysis and identifying exceptions.

- Participating in business process analysis and continuous improvements projects.





- Designing & publishing Monthly & Quarterly MIS to F&A; and HR heads.

Secondary

- Driving process improvement by leveraging relevant technology such as robotics process automation and Artificial Intelligence.

- Participating in ISO certification programs and audits.

Departmental Activities:

Quality and Operational Excellence team does the Forensic investigation for Payroll, Employee Advantages and Vendor Payments, reporting MIS to lCs, analytics for lCs, periodic audit of controls, managing ISO certification, driving Business process improvements & automation.
