Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, market research, campaign management, and lead generation.

The Marketing Executive will work closely with the sales and business development teams to develop marketing strategies and promote the company's products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities
- Create and coordinate marketing content, advertisements, and promotional materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Generate leads through various marketing channels




- Coordinate with sales teams to support business growth initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Manage email marketing and customer engagement activities
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities
- Track marketing budgets and ensure effective resource utilization
- Stay updated with industry trends and marketing best practices

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand promotion
- Robust communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and lead generation
- Experience with MS Office and marketing tools
- Creative thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
