Responsibilities:  Identify and develop new customers through field visits, referrals, and market mapping.  Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.  Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers.  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.  Collect market insights including pricing trends and customer feedback.  Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, logistics) for smooth order execution.  Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments, and customer queries.  Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or tracking systems.  Represent the company professionally and maintain brand image in the market. Candidate requirements:  Minimum Qualification – Graduate.  Post Graduate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.



 Minimum 2 years of preferred experience in Field Sales, ideally in FMCG, Food, B2B, or Retail sectors.  Should have a two-wheeler along with a valid driving license.  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with effective negotiation skills.  Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships.  Target-driven with a positive attitude.  Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.  Basic knowledge of MS office / MS Excel / CRM systems.  Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
