Manager / Sr. Manager – Operations (SFS)

Location: Musarane (On Wada–Thane Road)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager / Sr. Manager – Operations to lead and manage manufacturing operations in a fasteners manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in production planning, operational excellence, process improvement, cost optimization, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage day-to-day operations of a medium to large-scale fasteners manufacturing facility.
- Drive productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Quality Circle, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Monitor production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Lead automation and process improvement projects.
- Troubleshoot production issues, including Thread Rolling Machines and CNC Machines (preferred).
- Plan and monitor operational budgets and resource utilization.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory compliance standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- MBA in Operations (Preferred)

Experience





- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Fasteners Manufacturing is mandatory.
