- Drawing Reading, Experience of Fabrication, Welding And all Job Process.
- Preparation of BOM and Drawing Study.
- Preparation of Job Schedule.
- Co-ordination with Shop.
- To attend Production Review Meeting.
- Co-ordination with shop W.R.T. Schedule. Prior Intimation to customers if job is not completion as per schedule.
- Manage shop floor & meet production schedules.
- Ensuring safety of all employees by safe working practices.
- Capable for handling and guiding the team.
- To ensure production planning as per requirement and attainment of the production plan.
- Ensuring production targets are met with quality on day to day basis by effective utilization of human resources.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Should be well versed in languages such as English, Hindi, Marathi




- A solid technical background
- Should be comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Team working ability, analytical and problem-solving skills
- the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Candidate should have a valuable skill of AutoCAD/MS Excel.
