Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive with a background in international BPO to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to drive results. You will be responsible for lead generation, closing sales, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM system
- Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies and scripts




- Stay updated with product knowledge to handle objections effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international sales standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–5 years of telesales / outbound sales experience in an international BPO
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach

Preferred Qualification:

- HSC or above

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
