JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role We are looking for a results-driven School Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategy across digital and offline channels, converting marketing activity into admissions and enrolment growth. This is a full-time, in-office role in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to generate quality admission leads.
- Own SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
- Drive online marketing across social media, email, WhatsApp, landing pages, and marketing automation.
- Lead offline marketing — school events, open houses, seminars, print, hoardings, BTL activities, and on-ground activations.




- Manage the marketing calendar aligned to the admissions cycle.
- Track and report on campaign performance (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions) and optimize spend.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and vendors.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to align marketing with enrolment targets.

Must-Have Requirements

- Prior marketing experience within the School / Education industry (mandatory).
- Willing to work onsite in Hyderabad (mandatory).
- 4–7 years of overall marketing experience.
- Hands-on expertise in running ads (Google & Meta), SEO, and online + offline marketing.
- Robust analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Good-to-Have

- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Experience marketing during an admissions cycle; team or agency management.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
