Precision (discrete manufacturing), Orbit (sales and distribution), Texora (textile),
and Pulse (HR). Our discrete-manufacturing ERP, Systech Precision,
runs at auto-component, engineering, pump, valve, fastener,
sheet-metal, plastics, and general-manufacturing SMEs.

The Role — ERP Implementer

You will carry out implementation of Systech Precision at
discrete-manufacturing customers — from requirements gathering
through configuration, data migration, training, go-live, and
early-life support. You will be the customer's primary functional
point of contact through the project.

What you'll do

- Study the customer's manufacturing process, masters, and workflows;
- Document requirements and gap-fit against Precision's out-of-the-box functionality.
- Configure Precision modules — masters, BOM, routing, work order,MRP, inventory, purchase, sales, subcontracting, quality, dispatch,costing — per the customer's process.
- Run trial entries on the ERP
- Help the customers with UA testing
- post-go-live.change requests and enhancements

What we're looking for

- Design and run structured user-training programmes for shop-floor,
- Manage cutover to go-live; provide hand-holding for first 30–60 days
- Coordinate with Systech's development team on customer-specific Document configurations, SOPs and training materials
- Education: BE / BTech/BSc/MCA/MBA
- Experience: 2–5 years of ERP implementation experience —preferably in discrete manufacturing (auto components, engineering,pumps/valves, fasteners, sheet metal, plastics,



machine tools, orsimilar).
- Freshers with strong internships considered for a TraineeConsultant track.
- Domain understanding: working knowledge of BOM, routing,subcontracting, MRP, inventory valuation, work-order costing, andshop-floor tracking. You should be able to walk a plant floor and understand the operator's day. Any exposure to SAP B1, Tally Prime, Odoo, Zoho or comparable ERPs is a solid plus.
- Technical skills: SQL basics, report writing (Crystal / SSRS /
- Communication: clear spoken + written English; working Tamil,
- Travel: willing to travel 10–15 days per month to client sites
- Attitude: patient with first-time ERP users, calm under go-live

- Fixed monthly salary in the range of ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 depending on experience and skill match along with incentives
