Bench Sales Recruiter

Locations: 501, Bhavya Corporate Tower, TC Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, In front of Bank of Baroda, Lucknow 226010
Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST)
Working Days: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with pre-identified candidate profiles to apply on relevant job portals
- Coordinate and follow up with candidates for interviews and updates
- Engage effectively with clients and candidates to negotiate terms
- Manage the recruitment cycle for US IT Bench Sales roles

Requirements:

- Proven experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth understanding of recruitment and sales processes
- Ability to work in the US shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)




- Willingness to relocate, if required
- Fresher’s are welcome to apply
- This is an on-site role, not remote
