- Respond to guest requests related to housekeeping.
- Handle lost-and-found items according to hotel policy.
- Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage room reservations and cancellations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
- Process payments and issue invoices.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints or refer them to management.
- Maintain accurate guest records
