1. Install medical equipment at patient homes or healthcare facilities (oxygen concentrators, monitors, hospital beds, BiPAP/CPAP machines, suction machines, infusion pumps, etc.).

2. Ensure correct installation, electrical safety, and proper functioning of all equipment.

3. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) of deployed equipment at patient sites and branch locations.

4. Attend equipment complaints and perform field troubleshooting and repairs when required.

5. Conduct quality checks before deployment, including functional testing, cleaning, and calibration.

6. Provide basic training to caregivers or family members on equipment usage during handover.

7. Maintain proper records of medical equipment, spare parts, and consumables in the store.

8. Track availability of ready-to-deploy equipment and inventory stock levels.

9. Handle receiving, tagging, and issuing of equipment and medical kits.

10. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of store racks and equipment storage areas.

11. Assist in monthly and quarterly physical stock audits.

12. Maintain accurate equipment dispatch and return logs with patient details,



location, and dates.

13. Ensure equipment returned from patients is checked, cleaned, and prepared for redeployment.

14. Assist with loading and unloading of medical equipment during delivery, deployment, or return.

15. Maintain AMC and warranty documentation for biomedical equipment.

16. Keep updated records of preventive maintenance, service history, and calibration certificates.

17. Ensure all deployed equipment meets biomedical safety and regulatory standards.

18. Coordinate with operations team, nurses, and health managers during equipment deployment or service visits.

19. Coordinate with OEM vendors for repairs and replacements under AMC or warranty.

20. Assist with documentation work such as photocopying, scanning, and document movement.

21. Provide manual support for health camps, company events, equipment demos, and office shifting.
