About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Illustrator to join our in-house creative studio. This is a hands-on role for designers who enjoy creating, executing, and refining visuals across brand, marketing, digital, and product touchpoints. You will work closely with internal teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories. The role suits someone who is strong in core graphic design, confident with illustration, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

- Key Responsibilities

- - Design and execute creatives for brand, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, social media, and internal communication
- Create illustrations, visual systems, icons, and graphic elements to support brand storytelling and campaigns
- Interpret design briefs and deliver high-quality output with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Adapt and extend brand guidelines across multiple formats and platforms
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining turnaround times (TAT)




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative leads to develop visual solutions
- Incorporate feedback quickly and improve designs through iterations
- Ensure visual consistency, quality, and on-time delivery across all work

- Key Skills & Competencies

- - 3–6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and illustration
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, digital creatives, brand work, and illustration skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
- Strong illustration skills (vector, digital, or conceptual) with an eye for detail
- Basic exposure to 3D tools like Maya or Blender is a plus
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals—typography, colour theory, layout, and composition
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve
- Robust sense of ownership, discipline, and execution mindset

Qualifications

- Graduation in relevant field.
