The Application Development Specialist will be responsible application development of polymer compounds in wire and cable industry. The role combines technical expertise with business development skills to identify opportunities, develop customer relationships and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable compound solutions.

Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application trials at customer sites.

Coordinate with R&D; and Production teams to address technical issues.

Build solid relationships with production, quality, R&D;, and senior management teams at customer organizations.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new technologies in the wire and cable sector.

Qualifications

Education





Bachelor's or master’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or related field.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in application development within compounding industry

Required Skills

Technical understanding of polymer compounding and wire & cable applications.

Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Strong networking abilities.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
