About the role

- Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, including direct, automated, and bulk onboarding, with regular monitoring.
- Coordinate with Billing, Operations, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Process and validate invoices within defined SLA/TAT.
- Track, review, approve, and issue invoices while maintaining accurate records.
- Analyze business and operational data to generate reports and actionable insights.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, onboarding issues, and customer queries by collaborating with internal teams.
- Verify customer, contract, and tax information to ensure accuracy and compliance.




- Maintain onboarding, billing, and invoicing databases with high data integrity.
- Support revenue operations through accurate reporting, renewals, and process improvements.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in Invoice Processing, Billing Operations, Data Analysis, Finance Operations, or a similar role.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working with invoicing systems, ERP platforms, or financial software.
- Good understanding of invoicing processes, taxation, billing cycles, and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, data analysis, charts, etc.).
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and customer focus.
