- Specializes in investigating and identifying fraudulent activities
- Devising strategies and systems to detect inconsistencies, monitoring suspicious transactions
- Review and research evidence/documents to analyze the overall information related to incidents .
- Conducting reviews to identify any security lapses or vulnerabilities in the procedures.
- Conduct investigations to resolve grievances related to suspected fraud.
- Submit detailed investigation reports which conveys result of investigation in concise and accurate manner. Interact with various stakeholders within the ecosystem and external entities and complainants to resolve cases.
- Should have abilities to analyse large data sets that may have to accessed for conducting investigations.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel,
MS Project)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
- Experience on working with digital forensic tools will be an added advantage.
- Use a combination of manual and automated tools to gather data and conduct ad-hoc investigations.
- Conduct complex and deep dive investigations on CRM grievances
- Work with cross-functional teams for collaboration on fraud risks and investigations
- Interviewing individuals who may have information on particular fraud.
- Analyzing documentation and records to determine if fraud occurred.
- Take on ad-hoc projects/assignments related to fraud investigations as necessary.
