The Transport Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing transportation operations to ensure safe, timely, and efficient movement of people or goods. The role involves coordinating vehicles, drivers, routes, and schedules while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily transportation schedules and routes
- Assign vehicles and drivers based on requirements
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services
- Monitor vehicle movement and track schedules
- Maintain records of vehicles, fuel usage, and driver logs
- Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and serviced regularly
- Handle transport-related issues, delays, or emergencies
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies
- Communicate with drivers, staff, and management effectively
- Manage transport budgets and control costs
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections




- Address complaints and feedback related to transport services

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred)
- Experience in transport/logistics coordination or a similar role
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, tracking systems)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
