(Service & Sales – Chat | Non-Voice Process)
Location: Ahmedabad
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat
- Provide accurate resolutions in writing
- Support both service & sales-related requests
Requirements
- Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
- Strong written English
- 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts
