Job Summary:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a Commerce background to support accounting and procurement operations while working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle procurement of IT assets and hardware
- Manage quotations, POs, invoices, and payments
- Process orders (Quote-to-Invoice cycle)
- Maintain AP/AR and account reconciliations
- Update financial records in ERP systems
- Coordinate with clients and vendors

Requirements:

- B.Com or equivalent
- Valuable communication skills (English)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred:

- Knowledge of QuickBooks or any other accounting software and ERP systems
