Monitor and supervise daily site activities and work progress
Ensure quality standards and quality control processes are implemented
Provide in office leadership and coordinate with teams and contractors
Manage and control manpower deployment and productivity
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and quarterly progress reports
Identify issues on-site and take corrective actions promptly
