Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and creative person to join our team. This is a energetic role for a "creative all-rounder" who can produce and edit high-quality educational video content and manage our digital presence. The ideal candidate is technically proficient behind the camera and confident in front of a live audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the production of educational and informational videos showcasing our resources.
- Film, and edit high-quality video content for YouTube, social media, and internal training.
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets (raw footage, graphics, and finished edits).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor engagement and respond to community inquiries in a professional manner.
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, trade shows, and workshops across India.
- Assist in executing online webinars and virtual events.




- Provide cross-functional support to the project team on ongoing initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop).
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Must be willing and open to travelling across India for events and field projects.

Soft Skills:

- Strong storytelling ability through both visual and written media.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
