We're Hiring | E-Commerce Accountant

Frudo is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-Commerce Accountant to manage financial operations across online marketplaces, ensuring accurate reconciliation, reporting, and compliance.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Grant Road, Mumbai

Employment Time: 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday

What You'll Do

- Manage accounting for Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly sales reconciliation with marketplace settlement reports.
- Reconcile payment gateways, bank statements, COD collections, and wallet settlements.
- Handle GST calculations, TDS, invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and tax compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Slack or similar accounting software.
- Track marketplace fees, commissions, advertising expenses, returns, and refunds.
- Prepare MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and sales analysis reports.
- Coordinate with the operations and finance teams for order reconciliation and inventory valuation.
- Assist in monthly closing, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar) for financial reporting, data analysis, documentation, and productivity.

What We're Looking For





- 2–5+ years of experience in E-Commerce Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify reports.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP), and Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and financial reconciliation.
- Experience handling payment gateway and marketplace settlement reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- M.Com or professional certifications are an added advantage.
