Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, and adaptable Field Officer to manage manpower deployment, ensure smooth site operations, and build strong client relationships for our Security Services in and around Dindigul . The role involves guiding and mentoring security guards, ensuring compliance, and serving as the link between management and field staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor manpower deployment across all assigned sites.
- Arrange timely replacements and relievers to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure service quality.
- Train, mentor, and groom security personnel on job responsibilities, grooming, and discipline.
- Enforce attendance, punctuality, and performance standards at all sites.
- Handle site-level issues, conflicts, and emergencies with quick resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at the site level.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on field activities to management.




- Support management in new site mobilization and handover processes.
- Act as a bridge for effective communication between field employees and management.

Requirements

- Diploma or Undergraduate degree (any stream).
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations (preferably in security services / facility management).
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of manpower scheduling & reporting tools will be an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Madurai and nearby areas.
