Roles & Responsibilities:

- Acting as a technical subject matter expert for TOSCA AND LIVECOMPARE, collaborating with and challenging the vendor when necessary. Supporting the system manager during audit/inspections. Implementing Application improvement areas and supporting the business in error finding and bug fixing. Supporting the system manager during change and release RIA.
- Assist system management team as technical SME.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance for solving complex IT issues in TOSCA AND LIVECOMPARE platform. Manage projects and programs related to specialized areas, ensuring objectives is achieved within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Set up and perform installation of Tricentis Tosca and LiveCompare
- Maintain Tosca and LiveCompare Server - Modify, repair, or remove.
- Manage and install On-Prem licenses and license server management.
- Configuring and managing all the Tosca and LiveCompare components.
- Administration console management.
- Rest API services and usage.
- User setup and management.
- Basic server management.
- Serving as the point of contact for any technical activities on TOSCA AND LIVECOMPARE and collaborate with the vendor. Providing technical advice for incidents/problems related to TOSCA AND LIVECOMPARE. Proactively managing the incident and problem management process for TOSCA AND LIVECOMPARE




- Responsible for driving Incremental Innovation, supporting continuous improvement in incident, problem management, application management Tasks. You will be responsible for covering specification, design, application development, and maintenance of IT solutions.
