Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Develop working drawings, GFC drawings, and approval sets
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants
- Ensure drawings comply with local building by-laws and standards
- Revise drawings based on design development and site feedback
- Assist architects during construction documentation and execution stages
- Maintain organized drawing records and version control

Required Skills & Software

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp / Revit (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing
- Attention to detail and drafting accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Architecture / Civil Drafting / Building Design
- 1–3 years of experience in an architectural office (freshers with solid drafting skills may apply)
- Site coordination experience is an added advantage
- Familiarity with local approval processes is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
