YourTrainer is a health and fitness company hiring an experienced HR Manager for a fully remote, full-time role. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently own full-cycle HR operations, from hiring to onboarding to ongoing people management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across roles

- Own the onboarding process for current hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

- Handle day-to-day HR management including employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and HR compliance

- Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation





- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy for a growing health and fitness organization

Requirements:

- Prior professional experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role is required; freshers will not be considered

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations

- Experience in the health and fitness industry is a plus

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
