Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent English communication skills who are interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation.




- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Interest in IT Sales hiring and talent acquisition.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
