Job Overview:

We are looking for a performance-driven Marketplace Manager who can manage and scale multiple client accounts across leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. This role requires a mix of strategy + execution, with a strong focus on driving sales and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end marketplace operations for multiple client brands

Create, optimize, and manage product listings & cataloging across platforms

Plan and execute high-performing ad campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.)

Drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies and continuous optimization

Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROAS, sales) and improve results

Handle inventory coordination, pricing strategy, and promotional planning

Identify growth opportunities and scale winning products/campaigns

Stay updated with marketplace trends, policies, and algorithm changes





Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra marketplaces

Expertise in listing, cataloging, and campaign management

Proven track record of generating and scaling sales

Good understanding of marketplace ads (PPC, sponsored campaigns)

Analytical mindset with ability to work on performance metrics

Strong communication skills for client handling

Bonus / Preferred:

Experience working in a digital marketing agency

Knowledge of SEO for product listings

Experience handling multiple brands or categories

Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or marketplace dashboards
