We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with a robust civil engineering background to manage the complete tendering process for civil and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of tenders in compliance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant government and private sector tenders related to civil construction and infrastructure projects.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with estimation, procurement, finance, and project teams for bid preparation.
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, rate analysis,
and supporting tender documentation.
- Handle online tender submissions through various e-tendering portals.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and tender-related documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for clarifications and tender requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tender terms, and statutory requirements.
- Track tender results and prepare reports for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering for civil construction/infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, BOQ preparation, and contract documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
