Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to drive sales and retailer onboarding for the SuperCop EMI Locker Software project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing field sales activities, building retailer relationships, and leading Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales through retail mobile shops and channel partners within the assigned territory.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new retailers.
- Recruit, guide, and monitor the performance of Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Increase market penetration and product visibility.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.

Required Skills

- Robust field sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Knowledge of the local market and retailer network.
- Target-driven with problem-solving ability.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales.
- Must own a two-wheeler.
- Must have an Android smartphone.
- Valid driving licence (preferred).
- Familiarity with the assigned district/territory in Assam.
