Position Overview:

Responsible for robustness testing of automotive ECUs with a focus on ensuring quality and reliability through structured processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct HIL and vehicle bench tests for regression and robustness testing.
- Perform product-level testing for single and Domain ECUs.
- Analyze test data, prepare inputs, and generate detailed reports.
- Ensure proper instrument calibration and manage data acquisition systems.
- Develop test specifications for robustness testing using protocols like CAN and Automotive Ethernet.
- Execute robustness tests, including timing, variation, completeness, and voltage dips/drops.

Technical Expertise:

- Hands-on experience with Vector CANoe, CAPL scripting, and VT systems.
- Solid understanding of ECU system hardware and software (Body & Chassis/Powertrain).

Qualifications:

- Education: BE/BTech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
- Experience: 710 years in ECU testing and development.
