Urgent requirement for Placement officer

You will be responsible for connecting our students with employment opportunities in the software industry. Your role will involve building relationships with companies, organizing placement drives, Interview schedules and providing career guidance to students to ensure successful placements.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with students, faculty, and administration to understand students' skills, interests, and career goals.
- Coordinate placement activities such as resume building workshops, mock interviews, and career counseling sessions.
- Maintain a database of student profiles, including their skills and placement preferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with software companies, IT firms, and other potential employers.




- Identify job opportunities and internship programs suitable for our students.
- Organize placement drives on and off-campus.
- Assist students in preparing qualified resumes, cover letters.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help students improve their interview skills.
