As an HR Recruiter, you will manage our full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future by ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri), social media, and skilled networks.
- Job Postings: Design, create, and manage engaging job descriptions and advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding: Manage job offers, negotiate salary packages, and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Database Management:



Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Employer Branding: Represent Cloud9game positively to candidates, ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (1–3 years) as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role (IT recruitment experience is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
