Job Title: Filling & Sealing Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Filling & Sealing Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain filling and sealing machines used in the manufacturing and packaging of nutraceutical/pharmaceutical products. The candidate will ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and GMP compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate filling and sealing machines as per approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Perform machine setup, changeover, adjustment, and routine operational checks.
- Ensure accurate filling, sealing, coding, and packaging of products.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor operational issues.
- Conduct line clearance before and after production activities.
- Verify raw materials, packaging materials, and product details before commencement of production.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, safety, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams during in-process checks.
- Minimize wastage and improve machine efficiency and productivity.
- Report machine breakdowns,



deviations, and quality issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Perform cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of equipment.

Required Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 1–5 years of experience operating filling and sealing machines in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Food Manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and production documentation.
- Ability to handle machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of workplace safety practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with sachet, powder, liquid, tablet, or capsule filling lines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
